"We have had a very good experience with this Insurance Agency. Fiona is always very responsive-- we have a big family and seem to have a lot of changes in vehicles, drivers, and insurance needs. A quick email to Fiona is all it takes to add or subtract a vehicle, and I don't ever have to worry. When one of our children was involved in an accident a few years ago State Farm took good care of us and the whole incident was pretty hassle-free.
Update: Sadly, Fiona is no longer there. Queena helped me out today and I had a great experience."

"I have had this agent for quite a few years however I am now switching agents due to lack of response from Ryan's office. I have been emailing for months with no response, then they tried to call me during work hours and I have let them know I cannot take calls during those hours so please email me, then it went silent again for more months. I would encourage anyone to go with a different agent if you want bare minimum communication. This is the worst instance experience I have ever had."
